New Oscam Version with fix07 to suspress start pairing

Hello, 

i have some question about the oscam Plugin.

Is it possible to create a new package for openpli with the fix07 from 30.09.2014 ? 

This fix don't let  the smart card try to start pairing

Filter 0x07 for CAID 09C4, 098C:
