Error when compiling release-7.0 for the Zero 4k

I am trying to compile the release-7.0 for the Zero 4k and I get an error in the openpli-oe-core/openembedded-core/meta/recipes-core/glibc/cross-localedef-native_2.25.bb recipe.

I did:

git clone -b release-7.0 https://github.com/OpenPLi/openpli-oe-core.git
cd openpli-oe-core
make

MACHINE=vuzero4k make image

The log is attached

The recipe looks pretty simple but I have no idea how to fix the error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
