Using f4mTester in enigma2

I have been trying to use (in KodiDirect, but this is not relevant) plugin.video.f4mTester which uses F4mProxy.py. F4mProxy sets up a server. The server is to be accessed with url :-

"http://127.0.0.1:55333/callbackpath=&use_proxy_for_chunks=True&streamtype=HDS&maxbitrate=0&proxy=None&callbackparam=&url=http%3A%2F%2Fvs-hds-uk-live.edgesuite.net%2Fpool_30%2Flive%2Fbbc_one_hd%2Fbbc_one_hd.isml%2Fbbc_one_hd-pa3%253d96000-video%253d827000.f4m%7CReferer%3Dhttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.bbc.co.uk%2Fiplayer%2Flive%2Fbbcone%26X-Requested-With%3DShockwaveFlash%2F18.0.0.160&swf=None&auth=&simpledownloader=False"

When I try to connect with pycurl - I get this error :-

pycurl.error: (7, 'Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 55333: Connection refused')

Any advice/thought will be very welcome.

I attach F4mProxy.py if it helps.
