Where Is The Access Point Ipk (Open PLİ 4.0 Beta)

I have vuduo2 device. I installed the OpenPli 4.0 Beta. But I can't find the wirelss access point ipk application. How can I find it? Becasuse it is important for me. That's how  I use wireless internet.
